JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language

✔️ With 1 year experience in a Spanish Customer Service Representative role

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

✔️ Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔️ Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email

✔️ Accurately document all support interactions and activities

✔️ Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience

✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
