Requirements of the job:

⭐ Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean

⭐ Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines

⭐ Bachelor's Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college

⭐ At least 2-3 years experience in Technical Support is a plus

⭐ Willing to work onsite and shifting

Responsibilities of the job:

⭐ Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat

⭐ Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

⭐ Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled

⭐ Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
