Korean Quality Analyst | Non-Voice Account | Php 90,000 Monthly

Company Profile: One of the Biggest IT Services companies originated in India. They provide services in many companies globally. The company is also supporting Fortune 500 Companies and has more than 200,000 employees and is visible to 90 countries globally.

Position: Korean Quality Analyst

Industry: IT/BPO Company

Salary: Php 90,000 Monthly

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule, Weekends Day off (2 days off)

Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:

-Open for Korean nationals can speak in English fluently

-With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)

-Must have Topik level or 4 with 2 years stay in Korea

-Experience in customer service is a plus

-Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule

-Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

-Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)

-Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met

-Participate in call calibrations and meetings

-Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent

-Provide feedback for improvements

-Monitor the performance of team members
