Position: Hindi Email and Chat Support

Industry: IT/BPO Company

Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php 80,000 Monthly

Schedule: Shifting with 2 days off

Work set-up: Onsite

REQUIREMENTS:

☑️Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing the Hindi Language.

☑️Indian National that has a permanent visa in the Philippines.

☑️Bachelor's Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college

☑️Open to candidates with no prior customer service experience and willing to learn.

☑️Knowledgeable in computer applications

☑️Knowledgeable in internet troubleshooting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

☑️Answer and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat Support.

☑️Respond to customer inquiries regarding concerns and issues.

☑️Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled.

☑️Build sustainable relationships with customers.

☑️Work closely with Hindi-speaking individuals to handle concerns and respond to inquiries.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
