Position: Thai Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

Thai national willing to relocate in Philippines

Bachelor's Degree holder of any course

Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service

Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply

Amenable to work in shifting schedule

Responsibilities:

Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients

Providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems

Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries

Data entries of event results in the systems

Recruitment Process (Remote Interviews):

Initial Interview (HR Interview) via Skype

Language Assessment (Translation Exam)
