Requirements:
Malaysian national willing to relocate in the Philippines
Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
Proficient in Mandarin/Hokkien and English
At least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
Maintaining customer relations
Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
Data entries of event results in the systems
And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
