URGENT! Bilingual French/English daycare (Canadian system) is recruiting an Educator Assignment As an early childhood educator, you foster children's development through stimulating activities and a stimulating environment, while respecting each child's individual pace and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. Working with the childcare assistants in your section, you will play a key role in shaping the projects implemented. Your main tasks for this are: • To provide a welcoming and trustworthy environment for parents and children • To lead daily educational activities for children while ensuring their physical and mental well-being • Organize and supervise the team in their assigned section • By fostering dynamism and cohesion within his section, he will give impetus to projects, from their conception to their completion. • Demonstrate initiative and commitment in implementing the concept of bilingualism • Participate in the life of the crèche through meetings, the educational project and other projects aimed at improving the quality of care, in collaboration with all staff. • Attend training sessions to develop constructively and fulfillingly in the early childhood field • Provide supervision for interns Required profile • Holder of a State Diploma in Early Childhood Education • Ideally, you have some prior experience working with young children (aged 18 months-4 years) • Your autonomy, patience, dynamism and creativity are real assets for success in this role. • You are fluent in English • You have a high level of intercultural sensitivity • Field: Education / Social / Early Childhood • Function: Health/Social • Contract: To be discussed • Company: FC PRIVATE EDUCATION / The Green Daycare / Canadian Program • Salary: To be discussed Send your CV to Lacrecheverterecrutement@gmail.com
