Description
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing the hotel's employee-related activities and supporting a positive, professional, and well-organized workplace. The role involves recruitment, employee administration, training, attendance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Moroccan labor regulations.
Skills
Previous experience in human resources, hospitality, or administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Good knowledge of Moroccan labor regulations. Ability to resolve workplace issues calmly and professionally. Good computer and administrative skills. Fluency in French and Arabic; English is an advantage. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
