Job Summary

The Kitchen Chef is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistent presentation, hygiene, and smooth service. The role requires creativity, organization, leadership, and the ability to maintain high culinary standards within an intimate boutique-hotel environment.

Skills

Previous experience as a chef, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, riad, or boutique hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of Moroccan and international cuisine. Excellent cooking and food-presentation skills. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. Ability to manage kitchen operations independently. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Creativity and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage.
