Dental care in Asuncion

I will be relocating to Asuncion in a few weeks. Unfortunately today I found out that I need some extensive dental work done fairly soon. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good dentist or clinic that is able to do dental implants?

Dental implants are down by just about any large dental clinic down here. There are just so many options and we've not had these done personally so wouldn't want to recommend any specific doc. Go to Facebook and ask the question on the group site "Expats in Paraguay". They have a huge group where you'll get lots of recommendations to this kind of question.
