Are there houses in Cuenca with yards to plant vegetables and fruit trees?
Can anyone have a small farm in Cuenca?

Um... "small farm", probably not anymore than you could in Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, or any other city of 500,000 +/-. You could probably find a house with a yard for vegetables, but it would be a small yard. You could also do some things in pots. As far as fruit trees, you'll probably have to go out a bit. Paute is a nice small village where you may find more "harvest-able" space, but then it becomes the "in and out" to the city for "big stuff".

Thank you for your answer.
I would like a house or apartment with enough yard ( like 10 by 10) to plant some vegetables,
I wouldn't mind traveling to other city if roads are not bad or curvy with cliffs on the sides.
Also I would like to know if they have good hospitals around.

And you just posted again on that forum!  Look at the top of this page where it says,

You are here  :  Forum  /  South America  /  Ecuador  /  Cuenca  /  Accommodation  /  Houses in Cuenca

You can then click on any of those which are in blue, and you will be taken to that level in the forum hierarchy.
