I am currently visiting Colombia and considering relocating permanently here in Cartagena. I am from America and I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with 7 years of sales and customer service experience in Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology. I am currently a pharmaceutical sales representative at Eli Lilly and Co.

Teaching English is about the only thing you would be able to do there.

Or working online in a tech related field with overseas employer or clients.

To be a sales Rep in Colombia you would be pay way less than anywhere else if if you were 100% fluent in Spanish and they would give you a job over a few dozen qualified Colombian candidiates

I know a lot of Colombians still desperate to get into the US, Canada or Europe. Even though the economy is bad everywhere, they still believe it is better than their prospets in Colombia.
