You have to do a "reexpedição de correspondencias." Valid for 1 year. Fill up the form in link no. 2
and submit to a CTT establishment near you. You can search the nearest office through link 3

It´s simple! Just fill up the form and bring it to the post office!LOL An easy Americano way.
