I believe you have already bought a property here? Then I am sure you (or your attorney, real estate broker or other agent with a POA) did your due diligence, which would have included getting certificates of negative debts (CND's) from all the relevant authorities to show you that no tax is owed, and there are no liens (Municipal, State nor Federal  - no need for SPU). This will show you the tax situation and how it is assessed.
