I have just discovered (maybe I'm late to the party?) that ChatGPT (and other jennies?) can answer questions like, "What is the average square meter asking price of new apartments in Ilhéus?", and get an answer in English!

The answer may be incorrect, but some follow-up questions and independent verification could lead to valuable information discovery.

Chat, like other AI models, is hopelessly inaccurate so should not be used for anything serious.

Accuracy may not be required for a question such as "What is the average per meter cost of new apartments in Ilhéus?". Further research can elicit further understanding and accuracy without Portuguese proficiency, which is the point I was trying to make.

Search local estate agents' sites in any language using Chome browser, making sure you set it to translate to English.
