Bolvian citizenship

glimpser

I wonder if a person who was born (and has always lived) in Italy and has his mother who is a Bolivian citizen can claim the Bolivian citizenship iure sanguinis?

Any chance if his father could ask for it, as well, as he regularly married with his mother?

Thanks in advance for any information you can share..
