Check the email address it came from, not just the one it seems to have come from and, most important, have they asked for money for any reason?
Pacific foam is a legitimate PNG company and has been since 1978. The Shah family started the company 1978 and still own them. They have branches all over PNG. I have been in and out of PNG working there since 1980 and am aware of them.
Dogura road is in Port Morseby, I supervised the widening and sealing of it years ago as part of a 2 year road construction program in PNG.
I have worked in PNG off and on for over 6 years on various construction projects.
