The company might well be real and 100% legitimate but the name could have been stolen by scammers in the hope of fooling people.

One odd thing stands out, that being the address

Dogura Rd, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

I can't confirm that haven't just moved or the above is simply wrong but it suggests more research is needed in order to answer your question properly.

Check the email address it came from, not just the one it seems to have come from and, most important, have they asked for money for any reason?

No they have not asked any money till now

But still i am being cautious

Pacific foam is a legitimate PNG company and has been since 1978.
The Shah family started the company 1978 and still own them.
They have branches all over PNG. I have been in and out of PNG working there since 1980 and am aware of them.

Dogura road is in Port Morseby, I supervised the widening and sealing of it years ago as part of a 2 year road construction program in PNG.

I have worked in PNG off and on for over 6 years on various construction projects.

Now that's established, you have to check if the email you received was actually from that company.
Check the details at the top of the email to make sure it matches the real company contact details.

You need to do some research yourself instead of relying on others.

That is one of their many addresses in Port Moresby and around PNG.

Why not simply phone them ??
