You may be able to get a working holiday visa.

What i know is that working holiday visa is for specific european countries & not for citizen of india, pakistan & bangladesh

If Indian citizens cannot get a working holiday visa then they will have to go the long route and get a visa through the website I put on my last post.
The Australian Government is clamping down on 457 skilled immigrant visas so unless you have a specialised skill that  no one here in Australia can do then you will have a problem. No visa no job.

Hello everyone,

I've read about that "invite letter". What's it all about? Does it mean, if you get someone to "invite" you, you don't need a visa??? Or you get a visa more easily?
Could anyone explain that please?

Hi Silver,

The "invite letter" is just an step after to be registered in Skillselect system and being selected according your points. If you are lucky and receive this letter, you will be able to apply to a VISA.

Only people with 60+ points in Skillselect will receive an INVITATION TO APPLY A VISA from DIAC.

thanks for the explanation. I've had a look at this list...I only get 50 points for my profession! Well however, there are other ways. I could probably go for 3 month on a tourist visa and try to get a job then.

You will run into trouble coming in on a tourist visa then looking for work. The visa process does not allow this and if you are caught working illegally you will be deported.
Permanent residency again requires a process and is not that easy to get.
The government here is making it a lot harder for people to get the 457 visa so that locals can get work.

Well however, there are other ways. I could probably go for 3 month on a tourist visa and try to get a job then.

Be careful, that is absolutely illegal and if you are caught you can be deported from Australia.

It is the same than overseas (same rules and requirements), no difference than the number of VISA to apply.

Oh...ok! Just thought there might be a way round it.
But I've heard about these agents that help you going through the visa process. I think that might be a good idea.

I think there has been a lot of activity on my posting... and i wasn't well all these days could not really reply to this... i come out with a Good news for all of you.... i have been qualified for the Permanent Residency and i have satisfied all the requirements.. but i have been sponsored by South Australia.. and i will have a PR in another 2 months of time ;-)
