How to obtain a visa as a Canadian

Hi, I am considering moving to the USA from Canada, but I am not sure of the process.

We are a family of 3. I am a CCA (nurses aid) and my husband is a production worker in Michelin. Our son is 6 yrs old.

What kind of visa would we need?
