Considering moving to Fujairah

Wondering is there a young expat community there? Around the age of 20-30? Only thing that is holding me back is the possibility of not being able to make any friends.

I moved to Fujairah a month ago, and yes there is a difference if you are moving here from the bustling city. The pace of life is much slower, and truthfully it is peaceful. This isn't to say that it is dull, it is a beautiful place with lots to do, if not for COVID19.

I work in IT and am currently assigned to a school and hence I do get to meet people of different nationalities and it isn't hard to make friends. There are activities and local communities to engage in. As with everything it takes a bit of time, that's about it.
