Dubai is a very large city with a very large expatriate population!
May we ask you why you search him?

It is a lady whom I knew in earlier life. I  am 63 have MS and diabetes and am visiting some of the people I knew while I am still able. Some people think I am being silly I don't.

How long ago was she in Dubai? Maybe she went back home already? Did you try there?

You could eventually have a look at the Network of expatriates in the United Arab Emirates.
