I am looking for one 4-bedroom serviced apartment in Dubai with the following requirements:

Location

    •    Walking distance (maximum 10–15 minutes) from Al Fattan Tower Business Hub, JBR

    •    JBR / The Walk / Dubai Marina area only

Apartment Requirements

    •    Single 4-bedroom apartment (not multiple units)

    •    Fully furnished serviced apartment

    •    Full kitchen including cooker/hob, fridge, microwave

    •    Washing machine (in-unit preferred)

    •    Suitable for long stays (30+ nights)

    •    Entire apartment only (no shared accommodation)

Dates

    •    📅 5 January – 3 February

Additional Notes

    •    Must be a professionally managed serviced apartment or building operator

    •    Apartment should be available to book directly

    •    No maximum-night restrictions

    •    High-quality, well-maintained property
