Your question is too generic.  The word "best" means different thing for different people.  What exactly are you looking for?

There are many medical insurance providers with whom you can contract insurance by paying a premium.  You will get a card for your policy and you present it in the hospital to get treatment - you either pay nothing or pay a portion depending on your policy limits.  That's how it works basically.

Current medical condition?  and dental?

If you get ANY policy as an individual, pre-existing conditions won't be covered and for benefits like dental / maternity, there will be a waiting period of at least a year.   To get them to include this, the premium would be too prohibitive.   The best bet is to go for a policy through an employer i.e. group medical coverage whereupon both of these items would be covered.

Emergency / GP is no issue as it is covered under most policies.  With and without deductible.
