is a married muslim man can married again in other country?

my bestfriend fiance is a muslim from india,and my bestfriend is also a converted muslim..her fiance is already married in india..and they are planning to get married in abu dhabi where they are staying now..is it possible that her fiance can marry her despite that this guy is already married from his origin country?what will be the procedures they need to do? if not,is there any options they need to do so that they can get married legally?

please..any one can give me answer..

i think anywhere is the same laws regarding the marriage,and someone has been married once,must be divorced for getting marriage again..for any further and certain informations,you should contact the institutions there..good luck
