Constructing new house in Bursa Cost,etc.

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know general cost of building custom own house in Bursa, lets say in Nilufer? like per square meter cost or general cost of building 500 m2 house. Any pointers would helpful.
Separately any associated info for foreigner building first house.

Sorry, made a mistake, 60K dollars per 100 sq meters according to a friend contractor.

@Lalas2000 Hi, it's around 7.000 TL per square meter but it would be a little bit low or high regarding the materials that you want to use, it's market value just because i have got company about construction ;)
