everywhere you can find a pos for pay money this way is safe and easy for example : restaurants, supermarkets, Docks, airways, cafes, rent a car, rent an apartment and ...
But just for taxi's or minibusses you should pay cash Turkish lira.
If you want pay bills you have two ways first pay cash second pay with your bank accounts app on your phone.
I prefer pay with Visa or Master cards because this way is safe and you don't need carrier alot money for buying a little groceries because 100 dollars is 600 Turkish lira.
