How to Apply "Awdah" service from Absher?

Hello every boby
I already have an Exit Re-entry Visa and my flight was 26 march 2020 from Riyadh to Dhaka. but it was closed for corona virus reason.
now Saudi Government announched for application to "Awdah" service.
but i checked my Absher didn't get the application link Awdah .
Do Any body help me to find this?

You need to comply with three conditions like
1. Valid Exit Reentry
2. Valid finger Print Record in Jawazat
3. Iqama Number or border Number
