Depends on what is your profession on Iqama. Some of the labour professions can get visit visa now a days directly from mofa. Other wise you can consult with any agents out side they can help you in getting visit visa for your family.

If your profession on iqama is "amil", then unfortunately you cannot, even if you are actually working as an engineer or professor.  Having said that, with wasta anything is possible in this country, so try to find someone who can do it for you.  Of course, it will cost you, aside from the visa fees.
