Marriage between Iqama holders having labour visa

I am basing my reply on no authority, whatsoever lol  BUT ... I would think that if you were living with your legal wife that would free up space and your sponsor would be quite happy about it.

The interesting answer to this interesting question is: YES

The profession constraint applies to Family Visa Acquiring only. 'Labor' professionals can register their marriages (with iqama holders ONLY) and take them as dependents on their iqamas.

Thanks a lot for the answer. Actually I was kind of confused about that particular situation. My husband is in India who is planning to arrive here shortly. Iam under my father's sponsorship in Saudi Arabia. As per official records, I am unmarried( else my iqama would get cancelled). Our family friends suggested that in case if my husband does not get proper work visa, let him come by labour visa or so and arrange a marriage here to get entitled to family status. I wanted to confirm it. Thank you.



Should I register the marriage here that had already happened in India? Or Should we get married again here for the record?

Dear God gives brilliant mind to human being this is very easy logic..U can't invite ur family bcz of ur visa category cant meet the demands.....so...its complicated but same time souble question...........

Your simple answer is: Yes, getting married per KSA system will save you from many hassles.

I don't see any problems (morally, religiously whatsoever) in this move.
