Carrying out Freelance Work on a dependency visa for UK clients

samw88

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone on here may be able to help. My wife is in the process of applying for a job in KSA.

I'm aware that dependency visa's do not allow the spouse to work for a company in KSA. However, I am a freelance consultant and director of a UK based ltd company, and provide services to companies within the UK.

With this in mind, would I legally be able to carry out my work whilst residing in KSA with my wife and children? I am struggling to get answers, so any advice (or recommendations for companies who may be able to help) would be greatly appreciated

There are other challenges and questions re tax implications for both myself and UK clients, but I thought I'd cross this hurdle first!
