yes i checked but there's only some gel not wax or pomade

Give a pharmacy like Nahdi a shot (Try their bigger branches) plan B would be to visit a Hair salon and politely asking them.

Well at pharmacy i found Hairspray but not pomade. And i visited the saloon the product they were giving was kinda expensive and they said they bring it from Turkey so they won't give many and i need a permanent solution for this.

Have you checked other salons? Perhaps Saudi ones?
