Go to IKEA beside of the mall of Dharan you can buy the measurement tools maybe.

measuring spoons can be found in Danube or any hyper market, IKEA across from mega Mall, lakeland in Aziz mall. Measuring spoons are pretty common are you looking for a special variety?

If you are bwanting to get into serious baking then try Cake Arts or Cake & Bake on Quarou ish, Tavola is on Tahliya, or Lakeland in Aziz Mall.....

If you just want to get starter sets then go to the Hypermarkets as they are definitely cheaper
