Hello. I am in my home country now and i received a travel ban. I will go back this June 3 to saudi arabia. Are they gonna arrest me? Or am I able to enter the kingdom? Or what?

Hello guys,

Riyad bank files a case against me because I didn’t pay last 4 months instalments. I have resigned from my ex company in July this year because there were not paying salaries to all employees since March and since July I am unemployed. I had already inform the same to bank but they did not listen and filed a case, now 5 days have passed and travel ban and my account is freeze now. And two day back I received the msg from MOJ to pay 500 SAR fee of court. My question is “IF I CAN’T PAY THE LOAN AMOUNT AND MOJ FEE SO WHAT WILL BE HAPPENED, MY IQAMA RENWEAL WILL ALSO STOPPED?”

I think iqama will be renewed but travel ban will be imposed

I have late payments in tasheel 3mos, they files case againts me in najiz, also i have travel ban and freeze account 33% of my salary. I called the tasheel they said if i pay the overdue they will cancel the enforcement case to remove the freeze account and i can continue to use my iqama in other transactions like collecting money in western union. Does anyone have same experience as me like this situations? Pls advice me what to do. Thank you
