Company not giving final exit

I have resigned during probation period, yet don't have iqama, first time came here , company is not giving final exit and asking to submit 15 k , what should i do plz advice i am very upset

If they have paid for your iqama then you are in debt.
You have to pay them.
Talk to them and settle this down.
And believe me, no court or anyone can help you if they have paid the fee/tax for iqama.

proceed in your embassy and what you or they can do... for me, as long as not written in your singed contract that you need to pay their expenses when you came here you should not pay. But you have to give them 1month written notice that you will not continue working due to some problem or mis understanding in your work or contract.

Welcome to modern day slavery. Best option is to get to your embassy. And unfortunately, hopefully you have one of the preferred/respected passports (i.e. US, Canada, British, etc). Outside of that you'll have to get real creative to leave. And once you get out, NEVER return.
