My company has terminated me, but not giving me final exit

My company made a contract with me for the Job Titles of "Testing Engineer" but after landing in KSA they gave me job responsibility of "Work Permit Receiver" so after 4 months of working as WPR, I finally confronted my company and told them that either give me the work that is written in the contract or let me go.

After which they terminated me with the reason that I have refused to do my work.

Now the termination was on 18 January 2023, and today it is 07 Feb, 2023, the HR has completely ghosted me, not replying to my email, text or phone call, I am waiting in a rented apartment but I have no updates from my company.

WHat can I do, I believe if I go to labor court, then this matter would drag for 2-3 more months, and I cannot afford living here on my expense for that long.
