About qiwa.

Yunei

Let me explain every thing from the start. So please help me 😉.
My first contract was finished (july2018-july2020) then coronavirus hit ksa, international flight is unavailable. i asked my old sponsor to transfer me. So he did. I transfered July 2020. After transferring i received no contract from giso(it says no contract etc) ( qiwa was launched march2021), so then, qiwa was launched still no new contract from the current employer.  August 2021 i received and accept a new contract from qiwa from a new employer. My iqama will expired on September 1 2021. My status on qiwa is "approved -pending ET period notice 90days" so my question is. Once my iqama expired, will the new employer will submit a new contract order via qiwa? Or i will be transferred automatically? Which come first? Pending approval from the current employer then comes pending ET or the other way around? My current employer status is platinum. Yes platinum. The new employer will handle the transfer fee of 4,000riyal. I am worried that my current employer might reject the qiwa.

Ofcourse they have the right to reject it unless you both agreed to your second transfer, your current is platinum and you are not yet finished contract to them, you must have a valid and acceptable reason for them to release you, if your company doesnt have any violation then you cant do anything against them,   or leave them as you like, terminating of contract will cost you big penalty read your hard copy contract if you dont have in GOSI, better talk to your company for the consequences bro

Pending ET - once you approve the contract
Next wait for 90 days
after 90 days current employer approval

They did not provide any contract from gosi upon my first transfer. But i have an audio recording of him saying "If you will go, go, if you will go back to your home country, no problem, if you want to change sponsor, go, no problem". Yeap platinum, tho i see no saudi working. Anyways so what will happened once my iqama expires, during the 90day? And on the contract part. I signed no contract upon transfering for the first time.

You cant have your first transfer if you dont have a contract at the first place bro, only your company will decide if they will release you or not, even you dont have contract on GOSI doesnt change the fact that you are not finished contract and they will use that to you, you cant use your recordings to them because only QIWA will process your transfer and i think base on your situation it is difficult for you to transfer unless your current company will approve your request in QIWA after 90 days and i hope they will do

If your iqama will expire soon during the 90 days not sure what will happen bro.. better seek advice from the labor office about your situation, better.

I had my first contract of 2 years, finished
it and then transfered. And when i checked my absher it says 'transfer:1'  but can i still transfer if my current employer decided not to renew my iqama, right? And yes i signed no contract given the fact that my current employer gave nothing. I just went to his place and work.  I have my reasons why i quit. 12-15hours a day, no day offs, nor overtime pay.

If your current employer refuse to renew your iqama maybe its a good sign bro

Bro/sis. Actually you got me confused a sec or two and scared the hell out of me. You said and I quote "leave them as you like, terminating of contract will cost you big penalty read your hard copy contract if you dont have in GOSI, better talk to your company for the consequences bro"

Hard copy contract. None. I swear. I signed nothing. So does my banggali workmate who was also transferred a year before me. He signed no papers, signed nothing even on gosi or anything.

It was like my first employer transfered me then i went to the new employer and work. Actually atm i really don't know what will happen next. No source of income, having nightmares, it's like living in a shit hole.. talk to my employer this afternoon , and now it forbids me to step inside the store(shop). And i bet He wants to ask for money from the new employer
before approving the qiwa, and i want to avoid that.

Im sorry if i got u confused, happened to a lot of expat here even they are in red but thier employer managed to file them huroob, expired iqama and no salary and now they cant transfer because of that huroob case in their iqama, so the best thing is seek advice to the labor office..

Yeah i guess ill go and ask for assistance after this weekend. We literally don't have any signed contracts. Yes verbally we do have.
