Pending noticed completion in qiwa

Good day, just wanna have some clarifications. Regarding the new system. I currently have a problem in my qiwa. My contract was ending tom. I notify my employer thru writing that i wont renew my contract anymore since march. I recieved a valid job request via qiwa to transfer. I accepted it and it shows noticed for completion which is 90 days. I just wanna ask, isnt it my resignation from march serves as a notice for my current employer right now? It will be 2 mos noticed already since i submitted it last march. Should i still have another completion of 90 days? Hope someone can help me with this. Thank you

Hi brother,

I am having same question as you.. Just yesterday I accepted the request on Qiwa and now it is showing status as pending for completion of notice period. it is showing 90 days remaining. I don't know whether it is for notice period or for something else. as in my contract, there is only 1 month notice period which I already given yesterday.

Did you base your notice period in the resignation letter you submitted? Or in other way? As far as i know since we ask a lot of people today they said it a remaining duty we need to comoly in our old employer before transfer. Just, i cant understand it because i thought the resignation serves as a notice for them. Thats why they are requiring as to submit it 3 mos prior the end of contract. Inform me if you have any details regarding this matter. Thank you

I submitted my resignation letter with one month notice period on same day I accepted the request. This 90 days thing is confusing me. may be its a maximum period for notice which should be submitted to old employer before leaving. Anyways, If I will get any info regarding this I will update here as well.

As far as I know. Till our sponsorship changed to new employer, we can't join them.

So if ever theres no other way to change 90 days? Because as per saudi labor law fixed contract is only 30 days notice unless stated in the contract. And 90 days will be extension of contract already. And my iqama will expire before 90 days. Update me if any update regarding this. Thank you

2 years. Just finished my contract last thursday. It appear as notice for completion for 90 days after accepting the request of the new company

I think automatic Transfer not sure bcoz in qiwa there show a date of transfer.

Once Employee approve the request, it goes to current employer.
Current employer can than accept request and fix your LAST WORKING DAY in qiwa.
This is the only way to reduce 90 DAYS notice period to actual notice period.

He said no one can fix this issue in 90 days. Not onlt him many people said this to me. After 90 days it automatic approved .

I am also facing same problem, showing the status "PENDING FOR NOTICE PERIOD COMPLETION". When I inquired with my new employer for the status, they said my current employer already approved the transfer request and a status "not confirmed by the NIC" is showing for their request. Anyone can help?

Actually i Don't know anything how he doing that. He is very good person. He goes labour office last 2 days for me. And now call me & tell me everything that tomorrow i can transfer new company. Now i check my qiwa. There show Only 1 days remaining. First they show me 90 days now only 1 days showed there. Alhamdulillah. I pray for my kofil.. May allah give him good health & happy.

Please try to ask your kafeel how he did that, this will be very helpfull for us. We will all follow the same with our current employer.
