Does expired SCE membership affects Exit Re-entry?

Dear friends, my SCE membership is expired since Dec 2020 but my Iqama was renewed before SCE's expiry.

My question is that, does expired SCE membership hinders in getting exit re-entry or I have to renew my membership first and then exit re-entry will be issued?

there is no link in between the two, you can get e/r visa
