Labor reform initiative process

Good day everyone,

Given that the Labor reform initiative in in effect, I am planning to take advantage of this amazing opportunity give to expats like me.

I have made the first move and apply to new employer. Luckily they are willing to take me. Now, the problem is they are trying to encode it in the system but unfortunately, they say the system is down.

i only have a month remaining on my contract. Will it be enough to make the transfer??

I will appreciate your kind opinion on this matter.

It should but i think it will not as the system is still inactive.
There two things, once your company uploaded your contract on mudad.
And when the system is online then it will be possible.
Right now, you have to wait.
