Entering KSA after 14 days outside

Hello all

When returning to KSA from some "red list" countries (e.g. UK) you have to spend 14 days outside of KSA (e.g. in Bahrain) before entering the KSA.

Question ...who actually checks whether you have completed 14 days outside KSA? And how do they check?

Does the immigration in departing country (bahrain) check, does the departing airline (gulfair) check before allowing you to board and/or do KSA authorities check when you arrive in KSA????
