SCE : Convert Temporary Membership to Permanent

Then you are done.
Unless get that institution and verify your certificate otherwise you will have to change your profession.

That you should ask SCE, told them which diploma you have and they will guide you that which profession you should choose.
And that profession should be available in your company i mean a position which is doable in your company.
And SCE needs a diploma of at least one year which can be verified from your home country through Ministry Of Foreign Affairs.

You should visit SCE office.
Show them your certificate and ask your company to give you experience certificate.
Show them that experience certificate and you will be fine i think.
They will accept it as you are having a very vast experience.
