Sir have a good day…
This month of August 2021, my 2nd. New transfer/ sponsor. And after 2 months last day of September 2021 stop duty. Because my sponsor talk to me, he gave me one month to find a new another sponsor at this month of October, my iqama expiration on december 2021, and my contact end of August 2022.
Now this last day of october 2021 my sponsor told me he will make me exit back to my place of origin. because I haven't found a new employer.
Maybe any body here idea please give me a opinion. Thanks and more power.

@Arsal7 just need an advice - my iqama will be expire June 12, 2023 - I resigned and now 2 months working in new company but still not yet transferred in QIWA my previous company just called me told me that they will issue a final exit visa tomorrow, my new company told me that it is just taking time to have a QIWA request, I just don't know what I will do when I have a final Exit visa

If you haven't transferred then, you old company will put a final exit on your visa and you will be done.

Nothing can be done after that.

Go back to your old company and talk to them.

Ask your new company to do the talking also.

Hello i have same issue my iqama will expire on 5/7 /22 my new employer is processing the transfer but my current employer wants to issue me exit visa before my iqama expire what will i do any help plss

@Bennie0825 Hello good day ...

let your new Sponsor talk to your current one directly , they will sort thing out else there is no other option if you can not convince the first one by yourself.

Yes, you cannot transfer while having the final exit.

Only your current employer can cancel that final exit.

Talk to him if he is agree to do it or not
