Transfer Sponsorship from company

Hello Friends!
   I need some help in serious Matter, 4 years ago I came Saudia Arabia on my visa, & I take transfer to a company, means they local hired me, they didn't make any contract with me, I didn't sign any papers, now I have a good offer in other company, then I ask for transfer they reject my request, then I resign from job with 30 days notice, they accept my resignation without transfer, they said go to your country & come back on New visa. I don't want exit, they told Me before I can take transfer after 2 years, but these things only verbally, now what can I do, even I don't have any contract with my company, please someone advise me in this case, i really need help.

As I said, right now (new laws not implemented), transfer is not a right but a privilege.  Courtesy dictates that if someone comes in on a transfer, the company should give him a transfer out.  But this is not a law or automatic. You have to go to labor court and hopefully they would allow it.  But it is also possible to lose.    So right now, you don't really have a choice.
