WIill airports will really open up on the said date?

until 15th April - No Flight International and No booking by Airlines. No way for any type of exit.

Honestly no idea but with the restrictions increasing every day, I wouldn't hold out much hope.

I mean think about it:   

From just road borders being closed on 8th march to a partial curfew from today; it doesn't really seem like restrictions are being relaxed, does it?
