Saudi Council renewal Using Mumaris Plus

Good day everyone! I'm in the process of renewing my Saudi council and it will expire this March 2019. Upon submitting my requirements, it was returned to me because they need an upload of the final report of the verification from data flow. Unfortunately< I don't have the copy of it. So when I inquired to DataFlow status, seen there was the outcome was UNABLE TO VERIFY. To access my report, I need to pay 29$. Has anyone here is experiencing my same problem? One requirement for renewing Saudi Council License is Data Flow. If your report says Unable to Verify, it might mean that there are some discrepancies in your credentials which need to be reviewed. Are all your documents locally legitimate?
My advice to you is pay the 29 USD or around 100SR to be able to download your report. You can see for yourself and review if the documents submitted by your Liason Officer are the correct ones.

Yes I already did. Now I already created ticket to dataflow group to address my concern which is Re verification. Uploaded all the documents to prove the authenticity of my previous work from he Philippines. One of my friend from work experienced the same problem and it took him 1 month to finally be Verified. Thank you for your reply!

I do have some questions. I hope you can give insight.

1. So did you make a New Dataflow account and uploaded the documents?

2. Did you upload your local COE from the Philippines or just used your current coe which is from your Saudi Employer?

3. Are you a nurse specialist?

Hello.. i have two years working gap.. do i need to take another exam? Will i be send back to my country of origin..Bcoz my scfhs renewal was rejected in mumaris plus and ask me to provide my latest coe which i dont have during the last two years

SCFHS License Renewal requires Dataflow or verification of your credentials which include Health License from Country of Origin, School Certificates, and latest/recent 2 years Employment Certificate. You should talk to your liason and seek advice regarding your situation. Ask him if you could use your previous COE for your dataflow and license renewal.

hello everyone. i would like to ask about data flow, this is the 2nd time that i will be renewing my license, do i need to have everything my coe and diploma altogether? the first one that i had before was my prc ID. hope for the quick reply, truly appreciate it. thanks.

Yes. SCFHS requires verification of all three documents, PRC, Education, COE

In SCFHS online payment can anyone tell me how many days it will confirmed paid in there system? I paid using mastercard but there system still asking for payment. Please any info. Tnx

Mine was after two weeks the scfhs send the payment invoice in my email and updated it in my mumaris account. Better for you to make a query to TAWASUL and send a copy of the payment receipt to them..

Hi! I will be processing my SC renewal on Oct 2019. Been working as a nurse tech for 3 years. My question is, will i be needing my old coe from philippines? Or i can use my 3 years employment in saudi? Present COE? Can anyone help me about this?

If you're still working on the company you should ask your HR to provide COE including you're still working with them. It's okay also to attached a COE without stamp and compensation.

If you have a Dataflow Verified Certificate before they will ask you to provide it also once you pay the 160sar renewal fee for nurse technician.

*Fill-up your personal details
*attach a soft copy of your passport and iqama
*attach a soft copy of your COE (present) - without compensation and stamp
*attach a soft copy of your Dataflow Verified Certificate
*Payment depends on classification.
*CME hours

You can pay on any sadad branch or affiliated branch.

im also having same problem its been almost 3 months since i upload my application and they return it bck because of some missing document. whenever i edit its not proceeding..i tried to upload it several time but so useles..can i ask u sir if u already renewed your lcense ,is their any ways to resolve ths matter im fcing rght now..

@kishme if possible if you can go to saudi council thats good to address your problem faster.

on missing document did they tell you what document is missing? do you use the new mumaris plus account?

i have an old expired saudi council technician registration. do i need to pay first the expired registration or directly i will go to re classification because i took specialist exam and passed.i want to re classify and register as specialist now.

what will i do. i jave also 11 months work gap.

Hi sir im having a problem regarding the renewal of my license...been working here in ksa 2011 to 2016 had to stop because i became a mother im a dependent of my husband ryt now...can i renew my license sir if im still trying to look for a nee job because every emplyer that interviewed ask for my license???

you can only renew your saudi license if you have the required CME hours.

for your employer just told them you have an expired license.

if you can take a international accredited seminars to complete the desire cme hours then you can renew. otherwise you need to go back here.

Hi Everyone,I am just confused with the new system of Saudi Council,id like to ask about the next step.. I was adviced by saudi council to go back to my country for local experienced after 5 yrs of gap,ive finished a year recently.Though im already licensed before but i applied as new applicant on data flow possible to take an exam again because there were no dataflow system on my last experience.Currently, im hired to work in K.S.A they needed my data flow..my Question is if it is a positive results on Data flow,how can i apply to take again an exam? should i sign up for mumaris plus account?or The Sponsored hospital applied exam for me?Thank you for the reply,if anyone🙂

it depends to your employer because some hospital they will process your mumaris plus application but for some they will advice their staff to do their own mumaris plus.

Hello!

I have a question about the requirements for the SC renewal, especially the "attach a soft copy of your Dataflow Verified Certificate" part...

I am due for renewal on oct 2019, and this'll be my 2nd renewal. I only did data flow once and that is for the first time that applied for my SC license, the result was for my PRC and college degree. At that time, 2013, they didn't require COE for my Phil.working experience.

My questions are:
1- is the data flow that I already have (verification for Phil.license and College degree) the one that is needed to be uploaded?
2- or, do I have to make another data flow for my Phil.working experience? (I'm planning to go for exit on March 2020, so I'm saving every Riyal I have... I wouldn't want to make unnecesarry payments 😅).

Hello there. Anyone can help me i have the old mumaris account but i cannot open the said account in mumaris plus. Because the user name i have is like (mumaris@yahoo.com) the mumaris plus user name does not accept (@yahoo.com) anyone how to know what will i do? Please help me
