Yes he can sue you, suing someone is not depend on being inside or out of Saudi,

Issue of "there is no legal basis" should be defined and decided by lawyer not by you

Okay, for example a person worked in saudi arabia and completed he's contract for 2 years and he decided to go back to Philippines then he's co worker accused him of something, here is my other question:

*Can he file a case against to that person?
*If the person already in he's country will the case filed by the complainant pursue?
*If the person will go back to saudi arabia to work he will go to jail? Hold in the immigration of he's country? Or in the airport in saudi arabia?

1- If he got evidence that means he can easily sue you

2- Yes

3- You will not be able to have a new Visa because you will be blocked

If the person is blocked, for how long?

GuestPoster251

Don't know, it depend on the case

Like what you've said, they wont issue a visa for a person. If the case pursue then the person will go back to saudi will they let the person go back and held in prison to face the charges?
