Inquiry about Saudi culture attestation

A
#1

I am preparing documents for my visa. For this I need my documents attested from HEC and MOFA. HEC now introduced a while online attestation services giving e-certificates instead of stamping in back side of degrees in past years.

I applied to Saudi culture and uploaded my original degrees, transcripts and also e- certificates issued by HEC to prove that documents are HEC attested but Saudi culture is not accepting and mailing me again and again to upload documents with stamp on back side of degrees and transcripts. What could be the solution?
