Change muffler of my car

Dear forum mate,

I would like to know if here in saudi arabia, they allowed to use the car with modified exhaust pipe of car because i change the muffler of my car its little bit sound loud like sports car but i don't have idea if this is allowed.

Or they will give me penalties/ they will confiscate my car.

badly need some advice

@Ledkram for the past months that you been using the pipe is there any penalties that you’ve encounter??
