Dependant fee

Please to your bank system & apply for refund instead of payment. Then enter exact iqama numbers & dates which were added at time of payment. System will give message of successful transection. Money will come within 3 days

Thanks for the suggestion but we tried this method,it is giving error when we final the refund.. what to do?

Tell me full detailed method of how you paid. Don't miss any step. I don't need iqama number or name. You can use name like  Hus 1 , Wife 1 , Child 1 , Child 2 etc. Use iqama number like 1234 , 5678,  9100 etc. But be consistent

Our tax was calculated as 1834 Riyal for each dependant. It is because we went to Dubai last September and at the time of exit reentry we paid some tax which was shown by bank. On 24th January My husband deposit some amount in his bank and through which he paid for kid1 and Kid2. He paid in alien control department where it was showing 1834 for each so he paid for two. Then there were only 900 in account so he thought that he should refund this amount and he will pay for three of us again Altogether. He then again deposit full amount and pay for all of three dependants 1834 each wife, kid1 and kid 2. It was surely his mistake but now what can we do??

Sorry for late reply..Frankly I couldn't understand real situation . Let me put questions in different format:
1. First time you paid 1834 per member and duration (date ) was upto expiry of iqama.?  This payment was done under dependent fee option of bank. Yes or No OR you paid partial amount . How much .
2. Then you pay some exit reentry fee while going to Dubai under Alien control & you used that amount by getting ER visa.  Yes or No.
3. On 24 January you paid 1834 under Alien control?  If you select ER visa in alien control then system will show multiple of 100 based on visa duration . Not clear to me.
4. System shows 900 balance under which item , diwan funds as total or against each passport .
5. Again paid 1834 for each under dependent fee ?
To me you refund amount under same function u deposited entering same data ( iqama number , dates) .If you paid individual iqama by iqama , u refend that way. If you paid as full family , then u refend that way.
You have complicated your account . If my suggestion does not work , best is your husband visit jawazat officer.
