Hello All,

I have recently joined the forum for no apparent reason than the lovely atmosphere I saw going on between the members.
I have a lot of experience on many topics in SA and wished to benefit you guys and I saw loads of information that added to my knowledge as well in the topics you have posted.

I must say I'm very happy to find such a lovely community here and glad to post comments whenever I can add value to any members' question. This leads me to the point of starting this topic:

First: If you have any simple questions or concerns and you wanna ask someone without looking too silly (the only silly question is a question unasked ) I welcome you to ask and I'm willing to help on anything I know of around here. Restaurant recommendations, good doctors, sales...etc.

Second: I wanted to know if any of the members or groups here arrange any periodic gatherings for people on the forum to get together and meet and talk in person! I would love to have chats with you all over coffee or dinner and enjoy shared interests within a lovely atmosphere like what exists here virtually.

I am thinking of making a thread asking about free entertainment in Jeddah, categorising with car needed and car not needed but seems like it's not possible apart from visiting deserts and mountain perhaps

We had a meeting for expats on every sunday, the thread is still active in forum however the meetings are not that active. Hopefully we will revive it soon. I am out of the country for the moment and once back after Eid holidays we can revive this again.
